PDCA循环法的定义:包括方针和目标的确定以及活动计划的制定;对检查的结果进行处理,认可或否定。PDCA的特点:PDCA是一个工作循环,而且是一个前进的循环。每通过一次PDCA循环都要进行总结,提出新的目标,再进行下一次的PDCA循环,使质量管理的车轮不断前进。PDCA在医疗机构的应用进展:佘世锋[6]等将PDCA循环法应用于中医内科临床带教学的管理中,探讨PDCA循环法在中医消化内科医学生临床实习教学中的应用效果。蔡珺[8]将PDCA循环管理运用于手术室医院感染的预防与控制,分析和讨论可能影响手术室医院感染预防与控制的原因,确定阶段性的主因,制定相应的整改计划;综上所述,PDCA循环法现已在管理中得到广泛应用,运用PDCA循环法可提高管理的科学性和有效性。但目前PDCA在国内管理领域的应用仍有一定的局限性。导致局限性的原因主要是应用者及PDCA方法本身存在不足,作为PDCA理论应用者的管理人员发表的研究论文多数是经验性的总结,缺少实验性研究;PDCA的应用领域仍相对单一。

However, the current PDCA application in the field of management still has some limitations. The main reasons leading to the limitations of the application and the PDCA method itself, there are deficiencies, as the PDCA theory, the managers of most of the published research papers are empirical summary, the lack of experimental research; PDCA applications are still relatively simple.
