在教学实践中,我体会到教师进修学校、师范学校的《小学语文教学法》的教学要做到三个结合.第一,理论与实际相结合.从教学实践中我了解到不少学员,特别是一些年青教师,在怎样备课编写教案,上课等方面都感到困难.因此,我在指导学员学习有关教学理论时,尽量做到与教学实际相结合.着重从三个方面来加强这一联系:一是把书本里的理论和书本提供的教学具体实例联系起来进行分析.二是联系学员自己的思想实际,以加强教学的针对性.三是联系学员的教学实践.指在教学过程中,按照教学要求到小学去见习,参加公开教学活动,学习别人的先进教学思想和教学经验.毕业前进行一个月的教学实习,从备课、上课、作业、辅导、成绩考查等方面进行扎扎实实地训练,并组
