月季“红双喜”在MS基本培养基添加BA(5 μM)、GA(10 ppm)和PG(0.5—1mM)的培养基上经一个月的再培养,不仅可以形成短枝,还能形成便于扦插、锻炼及移栽的长枝,切取长度在1厘米以上的枝条,扦插在各种成分的浓度减半的MS基本培养基添加NAA(5μM)的培养基中,2～3周内,70％以上的插条可以生根;对其余的短枝进行再培养,又可以形成短枝和长枝,形成连续不断的循环。生根小苗经过锻炼,移植于营养袋中,60％以上的小苗可成活。对组织培养法繁殖月季的意义作了讨论。
