名校集团化办学在长沙市政府的积极推动下,经过了长时间的探索,现已取得了显著成效。在名校集团化办学模式下,共享名校办学理念、课程资源、师生文化,能综合提升集团内各校的办学水平,有效地促进义务教育的均衡优质发展。但是,在集团化办学中,会不可避免地遇到集团体系内各学校与名校文化融合与发展的问题。对此,我们以湖南师大附中高新实验中学为例,开展了相关的调查和研究。
The prestigious collectivized schooling, with the active promotion of the Changsha municipal government, has achieved remarkable results after a long period of exploration. Under the prestigious school-based mode of running schools, elite schools share the concept of running a school, curriculum resources and the culture of teachers and students. They can comprehensively enhance the standard of running schools in schools and effectively promote the balanced and high-quality development of compulsory education. However, in the collectivization of running a school, Inevitably I encountered the problems of integration and development of culture in schools and elite in the group system. In this regard, we take Hunan Normal University High School Experimental Middle School as an example, carried out relevant investigations and studies.
