目的:观察运用滋阴养肝方治疗肝阴不足型老年慢性胆囊炎的临床效果,为老年慢性胆囊炎的中医治疗提供理论依据.方法:以2013年11月～2015年12月期间在我院治疗的100例肝阴不足型老年慢性胆囊炎患者为研究对象,常规治疗的50例患者设为对照组,滋阴养肝方治疗的50例患者设为观察组.比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效,同时对进食油腻加重、乏力、腹胀、口干、右胁隐痛、肩背放射痛等证候进行评分比较,治疗前后进行肝功能检查,比较谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、肌酐(Cr)水平.结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.00％,对照组治疗总有效率为86.00％,观察组与对照组无显著差异,无统计学意义(P＞0.05);观察组治疗后进食油腻加重、乏力、腹胀、口干、右胁隐痛、肩背放射痛评分均显著低于对照组,有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组治疗前后差异显著,有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗前后两组ALT、Cr水平无显著差异,无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:在肝阴不足型老年慢性胆囊炎的治疗过程中,运用滋阴养肝方相较于常规药物治疗各项症状缓解更为明显,同时用药安全性能够得到保障.“,”Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Ziyin Yanggan Recipe for senile chronic cholecystitis of liver-Yin deficiency type,so as to provide theory gist for Chinese traditional medicine treatment of senile chronic cholecystitis.Methods:100cases of patients with senile chronic cholecystitis of deficiency of liver-Yin type treated in our hospital since November 2013to December 2015were set as object of study.50cases of patients provided with routine treatment were set as controlled group,while patients treated with Ziyin Yanggan Recipe were set as observation group.Patients in the two groups were compared for clinical efficacy after treatment,meanwhile,comparison for score was conducted on symptoms such as eating greasy aggravating,weakness,abdominal distension,dry mouth,dull pain in right side and radiating pain on shoulder and back.Liver function detection was conducted before and after treatment,and the alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and creatinine (Cr) levels were compared.Results:The total efficiency of treatment in the observation group was 92.00％,while that in the controlled group was 86.00％,and there was no significant difference between the observation group and the controlled group,having no statistical significance (P＞0.05).In the case of scores of eating greasy aggravating,weakness,abdominal distension,dry mouth,dull pain in right side and radiating pain on shoulder and back,the observation group was significantly lower than the controlled group,having statistical significance (P＜0.05).There was distinct significance between the two groups before and after treatment,having statistical significance (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in ALT and Cr levels before and after treatment,having statistical significance (P＞0.05).Conclusion:In treating senile chronic cholecystitis of deficiency of liver-Yin type,Ziyin Yanggan Recipe works better than routine medicine treatment in relieving various symptoms.Meanwhile,the drug safety can be secured.
