目的:观察温肾固表方联合特异性免疫治疗小儿哮喘恢复期的效果及对肺泡灌洗液中白细胞总数及嗜酸性粒细胞总数的影响。方法:以2014年10月~2016年8月我院收治的78例哮喘恢复期患儿为研究对象,依据患儿治疗方法不同将其分为对照组(采取特异性免疫治疗,n=40例)及联合组(在对照组基础上另联合温肾固表汤治疗,n=38),观察治疗前后两组肺泡灌洗液中白细胞总数(WBC)及嗜酸性粒细胞总数(EOS)、免疫功能指标[免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)]、临床效果[哮喘发作次数、哮喘发作持续时间、呼吸道感染次数]及药物安全性。结果:治疗前两组WBC、EOS、IgG、IgA、IgM、哮喘发作次数、哮喘发作持续时间、呼吸道感染次数相较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组WBC、EOS较治疗前明显降低,IgG、IgA、IgM较治疗前显著升高,哮喘发作次数、呼吸道感染次数较治疗前明显减少,哮喘发作持续时间明显缩短,且治疗后联合组各项指标变化较对照组明显,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后联合组不良反应总发生率较对照组明显低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温肾固表汤联合特异性免疫治疗哮喘恢复期患儿,通过有效减少患儿肺泡灌洗液中白细胞总数及嗜酸性粒细胞总数,并明显提高机体免疫功能,继而达到显著改善患儿临床症状及减少不良反应的目的。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of combination of Wenshengu and Bupi Tablets combined with specific immunotherapy on convalescent period of asthma in children and the effect on total number of leukocytes and eosinophils in BALF. After treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Wenshen Gu table soup combined with specific immunotherapy in children with asthma convalescence, by effectively reducing the total number of leukocytes and eosinophils in children with alveolar lavage fluid and significantly improve the immune function, and then achieve significant improvement in children Clinical symptoms and reduce adverse reactions.
