中共中央关于“十三五”规划的建议提出,“出台渐进式延迟退休年龄政策。”延迟退休一时成为网络和社会的热词。人们最关心的话题包括:考虑工资、养老金、医疗保障等因素后,如何选择退休年龄对自己和家庭生活最有利,每个人有没有选择余地?如果延迟退休,会不会对年轻人的就业产生挤压和竞争?笔者认为,社会上存在对“延迟退休”的两大误解:一是混淆了退休年龄和领取养老金年龄的概
