The “Charm China - The most attractive Chinese city in the eyes of foreigners” 2012 organized by the Foreign Experts Resource Research Center of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs and the “International Exchange of Professionals” magazine has been launched. The award is the only selection of foreign experts who are exclusively selected by foreign nationals and won by Nobel Prize winners, Chinese government and “Friendship Award” winning foreign experts.
