龙滩水电站是我国目前规模仅次于长江三峡水电站的第二大在建水电工程,也是我国西部大开发十大标志性工程和“西电东送”战略项目之一。工程于2001年7月正式施工,将于2009年完工。工程预算总投资243亿元,装机容量540万千瓦,年发电量187亿千瓦时。由于工程意义重大,规模和投资十分巨大,投资要求高,因而保证招投标的科学性、公开性和合理性,确保工程质量和效率,预防招投标中的腐败行为和职务犯罪,就显得特别重要。
Longtan Hydropower Station is the second hydropower project under construction in our country which is second only to the Three Gorges Hydropower Station of the Yangtze River and one of the ten landmark projects in the western development of China and the strategic project of “sending power from west to east.” The project was formally constructed in July 2001 and will be completed in 2009. The total project budget of 24.3 billion yuan investment, installed capacity of 5.4 million kilowatts, the annual generating capacity of 18.7 billion kwh. Due to the engineering significance, scale and investment is huge, high investment requirements, thus ensuring the scientific, open and reasonable bidding, to ensure project quality and efficiency, to prevent corruption in tendering and job tendencies, it is particularly important .
