罪名在司法实中有着特殊的意义,需要我们认真对待。本文从语法特征、语义特征等方面阐述了罪名与语言的关系,初步探讨了罪名的语言特性,并从语言学的角度对罪名拟制过程中出现的问题作了解释。
The accusation has a special meaning in judicial practice and needs us to take it seriously. This paper elaborates the relationship between guilt and language from the aspects of grammatical features and semantic features, discusses the linguistic features of guilty consciences, and explains the problems that arise in the process of guilty conspiracy from the perspective of linguistics.
