注蒸汽井井筒内温度场是时间和深度的函数,井筒总传热系数也随时间和井深而异,故计算井筒热损失应该分段进行。隔热油管和油套管环空中的热阻在总传热系数中占支配地位。而隔热油管接箍上的热损失也不容忽视。本文根据文献[1]和[2]的计算和试验结果,提出了考虑接箍热损在内的总传热系数的简便计算公式,并对胡智勉文章进行了几点补充和讨论。
The temperature field in a steam injection wellbore is a function of time and depth, and the total heat transfer coefficient of the wellbore also varies with time and well depth. Therefore, the calculation of wellbore heat loss should be carried out in stages. The thermal resistance of the insulated tubing and the oil cannula annulus is dominant in the overall heat transfer coefficient. The heat pipe coupling on the heat loss can not be ignored. Based on the calculation and experimental results in references [1] and [2], this paper presents a simple formula for calculating the total heat transfer coefficient considering the heat loss of the coupling, and makes some additions and discussions on Hu Zhimian’s article.
