本文采用氟离子(F~-)选择电极法,通过薄层层析分离测定了家兔口服5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)干糖浆及其复方片剂的血药浓度曲线;通过溶剂提取法测定了家兔口服喃氟啶(Ft-207)胶囊及其片剂后的血药浓度曲线。5-Fu复方片剂的相对生物利用度为干糖浆的18.46%。Ft-207片剂中Ft-207原药的相对生物利用度为胶囊的51.52%,二种剂型在血液中所释放的5-Fu浓度亦以胶囊为多。
In this paper, fluoride ion (F ~ -) selective electrode method was used to determine the blood concentration curve of rabbit oral 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) dry syrup and its compound tablets by TLC. Method was used to determine the plasma concentration curve of rabbit oral enrofloxacin (Ft-207) capsules and their tablets. The relative bioavailability of 5-Fu compound tablets was 18.46% of dry syrup. The relative bioavailability of Ft-207 in the Ft-207 tablet was 51.52% of the capsule, and the release of 5-Fu in the blood in the two dosage forms was also more in the capsule.
