华亭县地方税务局1994年8月18日建局至今,不仅连续4年超额完成了上级下达的税收任务,收入由最初的860万元增加到1997年的2456万元。连续4年被评为全区地税工作先进集体,有2个基层单位跻身省级文明单位行列,3个基层单位跻身地级文明单位行列,取得了“收好税、带好队”双丰收。要问这些成绩是如何取得的,正如前来检查该局工作的省、地领导和县乡干部以及全局职工所说的,他们有一位让税徽闪光的领头雁——赵普全。赵普全说税收工作如同任何一种管理活动一样,都始终贯穿着管人、理事这两个最基本的内容。为此,他以办法总比困难多的敬业精神努力做到了:
