本文从制冷压缩机实际运行的特点出发,对气阀在不同工质和不同工作压力下弹簧刚度的合理选择作了模拟计算和实验。结果表明:为了使制冷压缩机在运行中具有较高的经济性,吸气阀弹簧刚度应随蒸发温度的不同而选用不同的数值,排气阀弹簧刚度亦应随冷凝温度的不同而选用不同的数值。同时,随着使用工质的不同,气阀弹簧刚度也应该不同。具体分析了2F 10制冷压缩机的气阀,得出了不同工质和不同温度时合理的弹簧刚度及其计算公式。
