84例隐裂性牙髓炎根管临床治疗观察
摘要： 目的 ： 研究观察根管治疗隐裂性牙髓炎的临床效果。 方法： 选择2013年4月-2014年4月期间在我院口腔科接受治疗的84例隐裂性牙髓炎患者，随机性将其分成对照组（传统多次根管疗法）与观察组（一次性根管疗法），每组各有42例患者。 结果： 观察组42例患者总疗效率是95.24%（40/42）远远高于对照组的76.19%（32/42），差异P<0.05有统计学意义。 结论： 利用一次根管疗
