本文报道赤芍总甙对大鼠的抗凝和纤维蛋白溶解作用。在试管内一定剂量可使血浆复钙时间延长73％～249％,静脉注射亦有类似作用。试验还证明赤芍总甙静注有抑制血小板聚集的作用,且可加快优球蛋白的溶解。
This article reports the total anticoagulation of paeony glycosides in rats and fibrinolysis. A certain dose in the test tube can extend the duration of plasma calcium re-73% ~ 249%, intravenous injection also has a similar effect. The experiment also proves that TPG can inhibit platelet aggregation and accelerate euglobulin lysis.
