本研究对965例因月经失调就诊的不孕妇女进行了血清泌乳素(PRL)测定,检测结果发现高催乳素血症患者330例,其中244例同时测定了血清FSH、LH。结果,FSH、LH呈升高的67例患者的血清PRL浓度均在30~100ng/ml之间;FSH、LH呈降低的30例患者PRL浓度全在≥100~200ng/ml之间;LH/FSH比值显示升高倾向的107例患者的血清PRL浓度全在50~100ng/ml之间。PRL高度升高(≥100~200ng/ml)的74例患者中,有40例血清PRL浓度>200ng/ml的全部进行CT检查,确诊有垂体瘤的24例。通过本研究结果分析,结合有关文献,对高催乳素与不孕的关系进行研讨。
In this study, 965 infertile women with menstrual disorders were tested for serum prolactin (PRL). The results showed that there were 330 cases of hyperprolactinemia, of which 244 cases of simultaneous determination of serum FSH, LH. The results showed that the serum PRL concentrations of 67 patients with elevated FSH and LH were both between 30 and 100ng / ml; the PRL concentrations of the 30 patients with reduced FSH and LH were between 100 and 200ng / ml; the LH / Serum PRL concentrations were all between 50 and 100 ng / ml in 107 patients with elevated FSH ratios. Among the 74 patients with elevated PRL (≥100 ~ 200ng / ml), 40 patients with serum PRL> 200ng / ml were examined by CT, and 24 patients with pituitary tumor were diagnosed. Through the analysis of the results of this study, combined with the literature, the relationship between high prolactin and infertility are discussed.
