应用了五十多年的确定钢管最佳壁厚的经验公式,对小直径钢管往往过于保守,而对大直径钢管则偏于不安全。考虑到目前普遍采用高强度钢材,本文推导出用来确定钢管最小厚度更精确、更经济的计算公式。
The application of 50 years of empirical formula to determine the optimal wall thickness of steel pipe is often too conservative for small diameter pipe, while the large diameter pipe is not safe. Taking into account the widespread use of high-strength steel, the paper deduced to determine the minimum thickness of the pipe more accurate and more economical formula.
