探讨了实验室自制超支化聚酯在漂白木浆抄纸中的应用条件,如助剂用量、反应时间、硫酸铝用量、浆料pH值、搅拌速度等对其增强效果的影响。结果表明,当聚合物用量为0.8%(对绝干浆)、pH值7.0、反应时间5min、硫酸铝用量为0.5%(对绝干浆)、搅拌速度150r·min-1时,纸页抗张指数和撕裂指数与未加助剂时相比分别增加了31.81%和31.55%。并分析了添加聚合物前后纸页的扫描电镜照片,对聚合物的增强机理做了初步探讨。
The application conditions of homemade hyperbranched polyesters in bleached wood pulp paper were discussed, such as the influence of the amount of auxiliaries, reaction time, the amount of aluminum sulfate, the pH value of the slurry and the stirring speed on the enhancement effect. The results showed that when the amount of polymer is 0. 8% (absolute dry pulp), pH value is 7.0, reaction time is 5 min, the amount of aluminum sulfate is 0.5% (absolute dry pulp), stirring speed is 150r · min-1, Zhang index and tear index increased by 31.81% and 31.55% respectively compared with those without aids. The scanning electron micrographs of the paper sheets before and after the addition of the polymer are analyzed, and the enhancement mechanism of the polymer is also discussed.
