作者报告33例先天性脊髓肿瘤,其中表皮样囊肿14例,皮样囊肿10例,畸胎瘤8例,脊索瘤1例。主要临床表现为,膀胱直肠功能障碍29例(87.88%)和肢体无力19例(57.58%)。最多见的神经学体征是深感觉缺失22例(66.67%)和肢体轻瘫18例(54.55%),并就诊断与手术治疗等问题加以分析讨论。
The authors report 33 cases of congenital spinal cord tumours, including 14 epidermoid cysts, 10 dermoid cysts, 8 teratomas, and 1 chordoma. The main clinical manifestations were bladder rectal dysfunction in 29 cases (87.88%) and limb weakness in 19 cases (57.58%). The most common neurological signs were deep sensory deficits in 22 cases (66.67%) and limb paralysis in 18 cases (54.55%), and analyzed and discussed issues such as diagnosis and surgical treatment.
