目前我国的疾病谱发生了明显的改变,慢性病已成为我国居民致死和致残的首要原因,是我国居民健康的主要威胁。多年来实行的“重治疗,轻预防”的慢性病防治模式,并没有有效降低慢性病的患病率和死亡率。本文就我国慢性病的发展趋势和防控工作存在的主要问题加以分析,进而探索提高我国慢性病防控效果的有效途径。
At present, the disease spectrum in our country has undergone obvious changes. Chronic diseases have become the leading cause of death and disability in China and are the major threats to the health of Chinese residents. Over the years, “severe treatment, prevention” of chronic disease prevention and control mode, and not effectively reduce the prevalence and mortality of chronic diseases. This article analyzes the development trend of chronic diseases in our country and the main problems in prevention and control work, and then explores the effective ways to improve the prevention and control of chronic diseases in our country.
