目的:优选复方参芎心宁滴丸中药材的最佳提取工艺及制剂成型工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以提取液中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Re的总含量为指标,优选药材的提取工艺。同时以溶散时间、丸重差异系数为指标优选制剂的成型工艺。结果:药材较优的提取工艺为加70%乙醇9倍,提取3次,每次0.5 h。选择PEG 4000与PEG 6000作为滴丸基质,清膏与基质比是1∶2,PEG 4000∶PEG 6000是1∶3,滴速是50滴/min,药液温度是80℃。结论:优选的提取工艺人参总皂苷提取率高,操作简便,适用于生产;滴丸制备工艺合理可行。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the best extraction process and formulation process of compound Shenxiongxinning pill. Methods: The orthogonal test was used to determine the total content of ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Rb1 and ginsenoside Re in the extract, and the extraction process of medicinal materials was optimized. At the same time, the dissolution time, pill weight difference coefficient as an indicator of the preferred preparation process. Results: The optimal extraction process for medicinal herbs was 9 times with 70% ethanol and extracted three times for 0.5 h each. PEG 4000 and PEG 6000 were chosen as the dropping pill substrate. The ratio of clear paste to matrix was 1: 2, PEG 4000: PEG 6000 was 1: 3, the dropping speed was 50 drops / min and the temperature of the liquid was 80 ° C. Conclusion: The optimum extraction process of ginseng total saponin extraction rate, easy to operate, suitable for production; drop pills preparation process is reasonable and feasible.
