金属超塑性研究的结果表明具有超塑性能的合金是很多的,但是目前国际上实现超塑性,并有实际使用价值的材料并不多,只有Zn-Al22合金、部分的Al合金及Ti合金,还有极少的钢材如IN744。目前我国开始用于生产的,也仅有Zn-Al 22等少数合金。锌基超塑合金虽有成形容易等优点,但也有许多不足之处,限制了它的应用。现在我国有关院所正在研制铝基、铜基等其它超塑合金。本文介绍的国外铝基超塑合金08050是值得我们注意的新材料。
