The Regulations on the Administration of Personnel of Public Institutions (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) will be implemented as July 1, as the first administrative regulation on the personnel management of public institutions in China. The “Regulations” have established the basic system of personnel administration in public institutions, and the relevant provisions on social insurance and wages and salaries have shown the reform highlights.
