目的:观察清脂安脉饮及其拆方对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂及脂蛋白的调节作用,比较它们作用强度和作用环节的差异。方法:高脂饲料制备大鼠高脂血症模型,灌胃给药,观察全方及拆方中祛痰药和化瘀药对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂及脂蛋白的影响。结果:清脂安脉饮全方及拆方化瘀药组和祛痰药组均可以明显降低高脂模型大鼠血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(P<0.01),升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(P<0.01);化瘀组在改善血脂方面优于祛痰组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:清脂安脉饮全方及拆方祛痰药和化瘀药均可以改善血脂紊乱状态,但其对高脂血症模型的作用环节和作用强度不同,二者配伍后的疗效有一定增加。
Objective: To observe the regulation effect of Qingzhi Anmai Yin and its decomposed prescriptions on blood lipids and lipoproteins in experimental hyperlipidemic rats, and to compare the differences of their action strength and action links. METHODS: Hyperlipidemia rat model was prepared by high fat diet and administered by intragastric administration.
