微泡发生器作为浮选柱的核心部件,一直是浮选柱研究的重点,本文运用流体动力学软件 FLUENT 采用非结构化网格技术对不同喷嘴结构参数下微泡发生器内的流场进行了分析对比。结果表明,其它参数不变的情况下,气含率随喷嘴直径的减小而增大,而喷嘴入口锥角对气含率影响不大,最小总压(真空负压)随喷嘴直径的减小而减小,同时矿浆对喷嘴壁面的剪切力随喷嘴入口锥角的减小而减小,较小的入口锥角更有利于矿浆的流动。
As the core part of flotation column, microbubble generator has always been the focus of flotation column research. In this paper, the fluid flow field in microbubble generator with different nozzle structure parameters is carried out by using the unstructured grid technology with the fluid dynamics software FLUENT Analysis and comparison. The results show that the gas holdup increases with the decrease of the nozzle diameter under the condition of the other parameters being invariable, while the cone angle of the nozzle has little effect on the gas holdup. The minimum total pressure (vacuum negative pressure) decreases with the decrease of the nozzle diameter While the shear force of the slurry on the nozzle wall decreases with the decrease of the cone entrance angle of the nozzle. The smaller entrance cone angle is more conducive to the flow of the slurry.
