速尿雾化吸入可抑制哮喘患者不同类型细胞的活化而发挥抗哮喘作用[1] 。有报道哮喘患者吸入速尿1s用力呼气容积 (FEV1 0 )明显升高[2 ] 。但目前有关雾化吸入速尿的临床应用研究很少。为此作者对哮喘急性发作期患者采用雾化吸入速尿 ,并与生理盐水比较 ,以了解速尿的疗效。
Furosemide inhalation can inhibit the activation of different types of cells in patients with asthma and play an anti-asthma effect [1]. It has been reported asthmatic inhaled furosemide 1s forced expiratory volume (FEV1 0) was significantly increased [2]. However, little is known about the clinical application of inhalation furosemide. To this end the author of acute exacerbation of asthma patients inhaled furosemide, and compared with saline to understand the effect of furosemide.
