目的:探讨糖尿病(DM)合并高脂血症患者对免疫功能的影响。方法:收集我院2012年5月~2013年7月确诊的糖尿病合并高脂血症患者200例,同时收集同期健康体检的各项指标均正常的健康人200例作为对照组,均采用采用FACS Vantage流式细胞仪进行监测。结果:对照组SD3+百分数值、绝对计数、SD3++SD4+百分数值、绝对计数、SD3++SD8+百分数值、绝对计数明显高于观察组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病合并高脂血症患者免疫功能低于正常人。
Objective: To investigate the effect of diabetes mellitus (DM) on hyperlipidemia in patients with immune function. Methods: 200 cases of diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia diagnosed in our hospital from May 2012 to July 2013 were collected. Meanwhile, 200 healthy subjects with normal indexes in the same period were collected as control group, Vantage flow cytometry for monitoring. Results: The percentage of SD3 +, absolute count, SD3 ++ SD4 + percentage, absolute count and SD3 ++ SD8 + percentage in control group were significantly higher than those in observation group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The immune function of diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia is lower than that of normal people.
