1933年10月,照金根据地失守。11月3日至5日,陕甘边区党政军在合水包家寨子召开联席会议,决定创建以南梁为中心的陕甘边革命根据地,开辟三个战略区, 建立陕甘边区工农游击队一、二、三路指挥部,撤销红军临时总指挥部,成立红二十六军四十二师。会议批判了杜衡的“左”倾错误,使陕甘边的土地革命斗争出现了新的局面。
In 1933 October, according to the gold base fell.
