日本对虾养殖的历史和现状台湾省的日本对虾养殖始于8年前的澎湖岛,由藤永对虾研究所指导,建立了一个很大的日本对虾养殖场大永水产,拥有培育稚虾用的200吨水槽12个,总占地面积56公顷,前三年的投资8亿日元。养殖池采用筑堤式养殖,第一年产虾75吨,第二年10多吨,第三年18吨,均以活虾运往日本销售。第四年以后走上正轨,产量逐步上升。1984年全省日本对虾养殖产量为160吨,其中大永水产养殖场约100吨。台湾养殖公司原只有澎湖大永水产一家,近年来宜兰地区及中部五功一带因为冬季水温较低,不宜斑节对虾生长,因此养殖
