This article discusses the effect of copper on the four stages of black-tailed eggs, pre-larvae and juveniles. It is considered that the egg stage of black sea bream is the most sensitive to copper. With the increase of its age, the susceptibility of black sea bream to copper is decreasing. By continuous observation of eggs (4-16 cells) to pre-larval fish (complete absorption of yolk) The sensitivity to copper in the preimplantation stage of embryo development was higher than that in the embryo development stage after embryo closure. Unlike some other test fish, the hysteresis effect of copper on the embryo development was not obvious, and before hatching No obvious deformity was found in the embryonic developmental stages, and only some of the newly hatched larvae and coccyx deformed abnormally. The paper also proposed that when establishing the water quality standard, the 48-hour LC50 of copper on the black seabream fertilized eggs should be paid attention to.
