乙肝疫苗免疫后12年的追踪观察资料表明:在完成全程免疫10～12年后,表面抗体(ａｎｔｉＨＢｓ)阳性率将下降至50%～60%,抗体滴度也明显降低。但令人们感兴趣的是尽管ａｎｔｉＨＢｓ水平逐年降低,但是疫苗仍表现出良好的保护作用。群体保护率仍大于85%。这就意味着接种了乙肝疫苗
