1999年12月27日至29日,全省国税系统税政工作会议在兰州举行。参加会议的有各地(州、市)国税局税政科(处)长及兰州市各县(区)国税局、直属分局税政科(股)长,共加余人。省国税局副局长郭德显出席会议并作了讲话。这次会议总结了1994年税制改革以来我省税政工作的经验和做法,讨论了增值税、消费税有关业务问题和企业所得税税前扣除管理办法等四项规定(草案),安排部署了2000年的税政工作,并对1999年流转税各类报表报送先进单位进行了表彰奖励。
December 27, 1999 to 29, the province’s tax system tax work conference held in Lanzhou. Participants at the taxation section (section) chiefs of the State Taxation Administrations (prefectures and cities) and taxation sections (chiefs) of the tax bureau and directly subordinate branches of counties (districts) in Lanzhou City attended the meeting with a total of more than 30,000. Guo Dexian, deputy director of the State Administration of Taxation, attended the meeting and made a speech. The meeting summed up the experience and practice of tax and government work in our province since the tax system reform in 1994 and discussed the four drafts (draft) such as the business problems related to value-added tax, consumption tax and pre-tax deduction of enterprise income tax, arranged for the deployment of 2000 Tax work, and the 1999 turnover tax reports submitted to advanced units were commended awards.
