脐带的长度不一,影响因素亦少研究,许多作者认为与胎盘、胎儿和母亲的体质均无关系,只注意过短过长能增加分娩的危险性。本文提出脐带长度的“牵张假说”。用孕鼠作实验(以21天为足月计):
The length of the umbilical cord is different, and there are few studies on the influencing factors. Many authors believe that it has no relation with the physical constitution of the placenta, fetus and mother. It only cares too short to increase the risk of childbirth. This paper presents the “stretch hypothesis” of umbilical cord length. Experiment with pregnant rats (21 days for full term):
