日前,记者就以法律手段限制和清除官僚主义的问题,走访了著名法学家、北京大学法律系教授龚祥瑞。 龚教授已是76岁高龄,早在30年代就读于清华大学政治学系,后留学英、美,获伦敦大学M·SC(Econ)学位。曾任西南联大等校政治系教授,专长政治学、比较宪法、比较行政法、文官制度法、地方行政法。他现任民盟中央文教科技委员会委员,中国政治学会常务理事,著有《欧洲共同体各国宪法》和《比较宪法与行政
Recently, the reporter has restricted and removed bureaucracy by legal means and visited Gong Jirui, a famous jurist and professor of law at Peking University. Professor Gong is already 76 years old. He studied in the political science department of Tsinghua University back in the 1930s. After studying in the United States and the United States, he obtained his M.Sc (Econ) degree from the University of London. Former Southwest Associated University and other political professors, specializing in political science, more constitutional, comparative administrative law, civil service law, local administrative law. He is currently a member of the Central Education and Culture Commission of the Democratic League and a standing member of the Chinese Political Science Association.
