我们现在讲的企业文化,通常包括企业行为规范、企业价值观、职工的思想道德水平和科学文化层次,厂风和企业精神以及文化娱乐活动等多方面的内容,其实质是一种以调动职工自觉性能动性为中心的新的管理模式。它用现代大工业管理的实践验证了文化建设的重要性,为企业提供了把文化与现代化经营管理有机结合起来的成功经验。它反映了企业在一定历史阶段上控制市场的自发力量所达到的程度。从哲学角度来看,企业文化应是一个动态的发展的命题。
