随着世界环境与资源形势的恶化,人们的环境保护意识不断增强,近年来,城市化进程不断加快,大量的农村偏远地区人们涌入城市,为城市的生态环境带来了巨大压力,城市建设加剧了环境压力,造成了城市周边生态环境的污染,整个社会面临着严峻的生态环境问题,提倡低碳生活,改造城市居住区的规划,提高人类生存环境,改善生活质量是新时期人类面临的一大任务。本文针对居住区规划展开计论,分析了本着低碳的科学理念来加强对居住区的规划。
