成功构建能够高效表达抗菌肽catesbeianin-1的毕赤酵母表达菌株,探究其表达粗提物对产蛋后期鸡的作用效果。结果显示,与对照组相比,饲喂了抗菌肽的产蛋后期鸡产蛋率提高约3.00%,料蛋比下降约2.23%,差异不显著(P>0.05);蛋壳厚度和蛋壳相对质量分别较对照组显著提高(P<0.05)约5.03%和8.46%;两组器官指数差异不显著(P>0.05);试验分别至15,30d时,试验组总蛋白较对照组提高显著(P<0.05),其他血清学生化指标差异不显著(P>0.05);与对照组相比,由ConA诱导的试验组鸡脾淋巴细胞增殖转化率提高显著(P<0.05)。结果表明,抗菌肽catesbeianin-1粗提物在一定程度上提高了产蛋后期鸡的产蛋率、蛋品质及免疫功能。
We successfully constructed the Pichia pastoris expression strain that can efficiently express the antimicrobial peptide catesbeianin-1, and explored the effect of the expressed crude extract on late-laying chickens. The results showed that compared with the control group, the egg laying rate of the late-laying chickens fed the antimicrobial peptides increased by about 3.00% and the feed-egg ratio decreased by about 2.23%, showing no significant difference (P> 0.05) (P <0.05) about 5.03% and 8.46%, respectively. There was no significant difference in organ index between the two groups (P> 0.05). The total protein in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in other serum biochemical indexes (P> 0.05). Compared with the control group, the proliferation rate of chicken spleen lymphocytes induced by ConA increased significantly (P <0.05). The results showed that the crude extract of catesbeianin-1 could increase the egg laying rate, egg quality and immune function of the late egg-laying period to a certain extent.
