十届全国人大二次会议已经落下帷幕,代表们也回到了各自的工作岗位。然而,亲自参与对宪法修改的审议却使他们的心情久久不能平静。这是他们一生中值得骄傲的大事,更是中国民主政冶建设中具有里程碑意义的一件大事。因此,本刊编辑部特别邀请了此次宪法修订的亲历者,重庆市的6位全国人大代表黄席樾、陈忠林、韩德云、蒋绍华、唐洪军和吴江林进行座谈,让广大读者与他们一起分享中国民主法制建设进程中的这一伟大乐章。
The second session of the Tenth National People’s Congress has come to an end and representatives have returned to their respective jobs. However, personally engaging in the review of the constitutional amendment leaves them feeling unsettled for a long time. This is a momentous event in their life, and a milestone in the construction of China’s democratic politics. Therefore, our editorial department specially invited the witnesses of this revision of the constitution, the six NPC deputies of Chongqing Municipality, Huang Xi-neng, Chen Zhong-lin, Han Deyun, Jiang Shaohua, Tang Hongjun and Wu Jianglin to hold informal discussions with them so as to let them share with them the Chinese democratic legal system This great movement in the process of construction.
