▲▲第十四届亚洲与太平洋法律协会大会于8月16日至8月21日在北京举行。国家主席江泽民出席开幕式并发表重要讲话。大会会场设在长城饭店和亮马河饭店。大会分组会议的议题有:合资与投资法,司法与国际司法管辖,公司、金融与证券法,法律教育,环境保护法,国际贸易法,破产法,仲裁与调解,知识产权法,能源法,计算机与科技法,建筑法,律师职业,劳动法,妇女、家庭法,宪法与人权。大会的议题涉及到经济、政治、社会等广泛的领域。其中国际投资、国际贸易、国际金融与证券等问题受到与会者的普遍重视。我院派出法律系讲师祝聪作为代表参加了大会。
▲▲ The 14th Asian and Pacific Law Society Assembly was held in Beijing from August 16 to August 21. President Jiang Zemin attended the opening ceremony and delivered an important speech. The venue is located in the Great Wall Hotel and Liangma River Hotel. The topics for the conference group meeting are: Joint Venture and Investment Law, Judicial and International Jurisdiction, Corporate, Financial and Securities Law, Legal Education, Environmental Protection Law, International Trade Law, Bankruptcy Law, Arbitration and Mediation, Intellectual Property Law, Energy Law, Computer and Technology Law, Construction Law, Lawyer’s Occupation, Labor Law, Women, Family Law, Constitution and Human Rights. The topics for the conference concerned a wide range of fields including economy, politics and society. Among them, issues such as international investment, international trade, international finance and securities were generally valued by participants. Our school sent law lecturer Zhu Cong as a representative to attend the conference.
