产妇分娩时,难免会发生生殖道不同程度的损伤与出血,产后若急于同房,易引起产妇阴道、子宫颈、子宫内膜、外阴等炎症,可致大量出血、胀痛及卵巢囊肿。另外,还会导致产妇精神紧张、神经兴奋及损伤部位疼痛,使性激素与腺体分泌紊乱,调节失常,干扰乳汁生成、分泌及输送,引起乳房胀痛、乳腺管阻塞、乳房硬结、乳房脓肿和乳汁分泌停滞等病症,影响婴儿哺乳,造成婴儿营养不良等病。
