Multi-point Forming is of forming sheet metal with curved surface composed of punches,adjust forming precision of punch direct influences on forming part.The process of adjust forming influenced by many factors,the curved surface of pins have adjust forming error,relation of punches adjust forming error with forming part is discussed,which is helpful to controlling adjust forming error and improving quality of forming part.The main adjust forming error can be grouped under four heads.There is a typical example of a pair of punches with adjust forming error and others without adjust forming error,three kinds states of a pair punches are researched simulating the process of multi-point forming with punches adjust forming error,theoretical relation of punches adjust forming error with forming part error is gained,which is instruction significance of improving forming part quality.
