将45只已形成高血脂模型的鹌鹑分为5组:①大剂量组:茶多酚,60mg/kg·d ;②中剂量组:茶多酚,30mg/kg·d;③小剂量组:茶多酚,15mg/kg·d,④烟酸组(阳性对照):烟酸,50mg/kg·d;⑤模型对照组(阴性对照):不给药。第⑥组为正常动物组。给药3wk。结果:茶多酚具有较强的降低血清TC、TG和LDL-C水平的作用,TC/HDL-C比值变化小,推测对HDL-C水平影响不大。烟酸(50mg/kg·d)降脂作用较大,中剂量组弱,与小剂量组相仿。茶多酚三个剂量组间量一效关系不明显。

It was presumed that HDL-C level had no significant effect. Niacin (50mg / kg · d) lipid-lowering effect of larger, medium dose group is weak, similar to the low-dose group. The three dose of tea polyphenols dose-effect relationship is not obvious.
