在混凝土工程施工中,外加剂的应用已十分广泛。它对于提高工程质量,方便施工,节约水泥,降低工程造价以及新技术、新工艺的实施起了积极的作用。外加剂已成为混凝土不可缺少的第五组份。木质素磺酸盐减水剂(亦称木钙粉)是目前使用最多,价格较低的普通型减水剂。它虽具有一定的缓凝作用,但是当其掺入到某些以硬石膏、化工副产石膏为调凝剂的水泥中时,会降低水泥浆液相中石膏的浓度,从而使铝酸三钙迅速水化,引起水泥速凝。有时竟在混凝土运输和搅拌过程中便凝结硬化,影响了正常施工,给施工单位造成了损失。因此,有一些单位遇到这种情况后,只好将好端端的减水剂弃之不用,而重新采取增加水泥
In concrete construction, the application of admixtures has been extensive.
