瘢痕是人体在创伤修复过程中的必然产物,而增生性瘢痕是皮肤在创伤修复过程中成纤维细胞过度增生的表现。本研究的目的是探讨micro RNA-150在皮肤增生性瘢痕组织结构中的表达情况。本研究通过HE染色显示正常皮肤组织和增生性瘢痕的结构差异与病变的形态结构特点;利用Masson染色鉴别增生性瘢痕中胶原纤维和肌纤维的组织形态;进一步原位杂交检测皮肤增生性瘢痕micro RNA-150的表达。原位杂交分析显示,按着色细胞染色强度分为:高表达记为(+),未表达和低表达记为(-)。micro RNA-150的表达在增生性瘢痕和正常皮肤组织中的表达有统计学意义。原位杂交分析结果提示,micro RNA-150可能参与了增生性瘢痕的发生、发展,并随着增生性瘢痕的演进呈下降趋势。
Scarring is the inevitable product of the human body in the process of wound healing, whereas hypertrophic scarring is the manifestation of fibroblast hyperproliferation during skin wound repair. The purpose of this study was to investigate the expression of microRNA-150 in the tissue of hypertrophic scar. In this study, the histological features of normal skin tissue and hypertrophic scars were observed by HE staining. The morphology of collagen fibers and myofibers in hypertrophic scars was identified by Masson staining. The microRNAs of hypertrophic scars were further detected by in situ hybridization -150 expression. In situ hybridization analysis showed that according to staining intensity of colored cells, the expression of (+) was high, and (-) was low and low expression. The expression of microRNA-150 in hypertrophic scars and normal skin tissue expression was statistically significant. In situ hybridization analysis revealed that microRNA-150 may be involved in the development of hypertrophic scars and its trend of decline with the development of hypertrophic scars.
