从本质上讲,法律是一门重心在于具体实践运用的一门学科,对于高职学生来说,对于法律的学习不应只局限于对法律条文的学习,更应当将法律条文具体运用到实践之中。因此,实践性法律教学应当是高职课堂中法律教学的重要组成部分。但我国目前的高职法律教学现状之中,片面重视法律理论而轻视法律实践的情况大有存在,这就大大不利于高职学生的全面发展。接下来,本文针对职业技术学院,通过教学中实践性法律教学的意义及其目前存在的问题和对策来进行阐述。
In essence, the law is a subject whose center of gravity is the application of practical practice. For higher vocational students, the study of law should not be limited to the study of legal provisions, but should also be applied to practice Among them. In the following, this article aims at the meaning of practical law teaching in teaching and its existing problems and countermeasures at vocational and technical colleges.
