中职学生大部分学习动机不强、学习目标不够明确,有不少学生缺乏远大的理想抱负以及克服困难的毅力,学习兴趣不是很高,缺乏自主学习的意识,学习、生活懒散,而且敏感、容易冲动、思维活跃,控制能力不强。这就给班级管理工作带来一定的困难,班主任在班级管理中应多鼓励,让学生自信;应以身作则,为学生树立榜样;建立强有力的班委领导班子,为建立有凝聚力的班级做好充分的准备。
Most vocational students are not motivated to learn. Their learning objectives are not clear enough. Many students lack ambitious ideals and perseverance to overcome difficulties. Their interest in learning is not very high, their awareness of self-learning is poor, they are lazy to learn and live, and they are sensitive. Impulsive, active thinking, control is not strong. This will bring some difficulties to the class management. The class teacher should encourage more students in the class management so as to set an example and set an example for the students.
