初试“身手”换来缓刑1972年2月14日,郭学亮出生在河南省嵩县旧县镇西店村,父母都是普通的农民,他在家里排行老大,下面还有一个弟弟和一个妹妹。从上小学起,他就是一个顽皮的孩子,加上缺乏父母的严厉教诲,渐渐养成了桀骜不驯的性格。在学校,他动辄就欺负殴打弱小同学,班里的同学们都不敢惹他。由于他常惹事生非,学习又不好,初中没毕业就被迫辍学了。辍学后的郭学亮像断了线的风筝一样更加没了管教,整日游手好闲,与一帮狐朋狗友混在一起,打架斗殴,偷鸡摸狗。1992年12月28日,郭学亮在家闲得无聊,就与两个“朋友”孙建军、谢双奇一起乘车去县城玩。在车上,孙发现与其有过矛盾的胡勇也同乘一车,便产生了强烈的报复心理。他提出让郭、谢帮着揍胡一顿。当车行至嵩县大章站时,孙建军把胡勇喊下车,叫到一僻静处,三人对胡进行了殴打,并从其身上搜走现金240元。次日,三人因惧怕胡勇告发,又将所抢现金退给了胡。案发后,郭学亮因是从犯,认罪态度较好,被法院减轻判处有期徒刑二年,缓刑三年。然而,经过这次教训后,郭学亮没有多大收敛,就在他从看守所释放后不
