在2024( L Y12) 表面进行激光合金化的试验研究,结果表明,在2024 基材上涂敷 Cu 粉,经激光合金化处理后,表面涂层材料与基体发生了合金化,生成金属间化合物δ- Al4 Cu9 。激光处理后试样表面的硬度值比未处理时提高2 .5 倍,大大提高了材料表面的耐磨性。
The experimental study of laser alloying on 2024 (L Y12) surface showed that Cu powder was coated on 2024 substrate and the surface coating material was alloying with matrix after laser alloying to form intermetallic compound δ-Al4 Cu9. The hardness of the sample surface after laser treatment is 2 higher than that of the untreated sample. 5 times, greatly improving the wear resistance of the material surface.
