以剑麻膏为原料,研究了一步法提取剑麻膏中叶绿素和皂苷的工艺,并对叶绿素的分离工艺进行研究。一步法提取叶绿素和皂苷的优化工艺为:乙醇体积分数为85%(v/v),料液比为1:8,提取时间3 h,提取次数3次,提取温度65℃。叶绿素萃取的优化工艺为:丙酮加入量1:7,萃取次数3次,萃取温度65℃,萃取时间40 min。与传统的分别提取相比,一步法达到了充分利用有机溶剂、减少环境污染、节约实验时间、减少成本的目的。
Using sisal cream as raw material, the technology of one-step extraction of chlorophyll and saponin in sisal cream was studied, and the separation technology of chlorophyll was studied. One-step extraction of chlorophyll and saponin was optimized as follows: ethanol volume fraction of 85% (v / v), solid-liquid ratio of 1: 8, extraction time of 3 h, extraction times of 3 times, extraction temperature of 65 ℃. The optimized process of extraction of chlorophyll is as follows: the amount of acetone is 1: 7, the number of extraction is 3 times, the extraction temperature is 65 ℃ and the extraction time is 40 min. Compared with the traditional separation, the one-step method achieves the goal of making full use of organic solvents, reducing environmental pollution, saving experimental time and reducing costs.
